A tine piano, an electric grand, a reed piano, an acoustic grand and a clav, each built from the mechanism rather than recorded from it. Lean on a note and the colour changes, not just the volume — because the model is doing what the steel does.

Four playback heads moving over one piece of tape, with tone shaping inside the feedback loop and nine reverbs after it. Built for dub, and just as happy as a modulated delay, an ambience, or a tape saturator with the delay switched off.

A live, audio-reactive visualiser for performance: eighteen generated looks driven by the music, controlled over MIDI, OSC or a web surface. Runs on a laptop or headless on a board small enough to live inside an instrument.

MIDI controller for macOS

A virtual keyboard and control-surface builder. Play from the computer keyboard or mouse, build custom controls, then route everything through an arpeggiator, chord engine, quantiser or scale filter before it reaches the DAW.

Generative soundscapes

Water, sea, rain, wind, fire and birdsong, modelled rather than looped, so nothing ever repeats. Runs in a browser tab with no samples and no network.

Streaming server

A broadcast server for internet radio: audio and video, Icecast-compatible, with live ingest, transcoding, relaying, an AutoDJ and an admin interface. One binary, deployed in minutes.

AudioBus

Multichannel audio transport

Up to 64 channels of 32-bit audio, plus MIDI and control data, down a single twisted pair. Daisy-chainable, self-clocking and deterministic, built from parts that cost a couple of euros rather than proprietary silicon — for distributed instruments, multi-speaker installations and modular systems that need to stay in sample lock.

MPE touch controller

Expressive keyboard

A multitouch MPE keyboard on a seven-inch panel: two rows of keys with snap-to-pitch, glide, slide and pressure, streaming RTP-MIDI and OSC over wifi to anything on the network. The touch layer runs at 250 Hz so expression tracks the finger rather than the frame rate.
